GENERAL INFORMATION
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to processing time which is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination. Standard domestic orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can take up to 4 business days and Expedited orders can take up to 3 business days. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING RATE AND TIMEFRAME
After processing time, all orders ship within 1-3 business days. US Orders:
1. USPS First class mail (3-7 business days) - *This option will only appear if your order weighs under one pound.
2. USPS Standard/Priority (2-4 business days)
3. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases)
